I'm Drew Marshall, Principal Product Designer. Most recently at Yahoo Finance, where I built the design system, Neo. Before that: Dropbox, Good Eggs, and others.

The work I'm proudest of is the work I couldn't have done alone. With a creative team, close and hands-on. With an organization, where a design system is the glue. With many stakeholders, aligning on something subjective. Each shape needs a different kind of leadership.
